These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Sley Services LLC ("Sley Services," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Sley Services LLC provides grading, excavation, drainage, and outdoor property-improvement services to property owners in Parker County, Wise County, Tarrant County, and surrounding areas of North Texas. All estimates are provided free of charge and are subject to final confirmation following an on-site evaluation.
2. Estimates and Agreements
Estimates submitted through our website or by phone are preliminary and non-binding until a written service agreement is signed by both parties. Pricing, scope of work, and timelines are finalized in that agreement. Any work performed outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
3. Warranty
Sley Services stands behind installed drainage systems with a 5-year craftsmanship warranty. This warranty applies specifically to drainage system installations and does not extend to grading, excavation, sod, gravel, culvert, river rock, landscape lighting, or other services unless separately agreed in writing. The warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, misuse, modifications by third parties, or normal wear and tear.
4. SMS Text Messaging and Communications
By providing your phone number through our website, forms, or in person, you consent to receive SMS text messages and phone calls from Sley Services LLC regarding your estimate request, appointment scheduling, project updates, and related service communications. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Opt-in: You opt in to these communications by submitting your phone number or by texting us directly.
- Message & data rates may apply: Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
- Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. To opt out of emails, use the unsubscribe link included in each message or contact us directly.

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile information with any third party for marketing purposes. Your consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
5. Property Access and Responsibility
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work site and to disclose any known hazards, underground utilities, or conditions that may affect the project. Sley Services is not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or concealed conditions not disclosed prior to the start of work.
6. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your signed service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of the agreed scope of work. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by Texas law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sley Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
